MEDITATION & FLOATATION PACKAGE

90 mins of Pure Bliss - 30 minute meditation + 45 Min Floatation Experience

Are you feeling stressed out, anxious or overwhelmed with whatever life is sending your way.  Self-nurturing is one of the key things you can do for yourself to be able to give the very best of yourself to others.

Book a session with Jo who will guide you through a calming meditation practice then make your way to the floatation tank filled with Epsom Salts to soothe your body and mind.  Continue on your inward journey, relaxing every muscle in your body, allowing your mind to become quiet and rejuvenate your energy stores.

A great way to explore your creativity, boost your immune system and revitalize the whole body.  We have access to 2 pods so book a twin session for two people at a discounted price.
