Gentle Yoga - Easy movement, allowing you to move at your own pace, gently and with ease. Suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness.
Hatha Yoga - Traditional yoga postures. Breathwork and short meditation. A good place to start for those relatively new to yoga or familiar. Make it as challenging as you wish by working on and deepening your personal practice.
Yinyasa - a mix of vinyasa (movement and gentle flow) together with long held floor based poses. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa - A more challenging arrangement of poses - a constantly moving sequence being mindful of breathing and moving on the breath. suitable for those more familiar with yoga and postures, a reasonable level of fitness recommended.
Slow Flow - moving through a sequence with controlled movement and self care. An hour on the mat with a little more challenge and great for those starting out but not yet ready for a full Vinyasa class.
Beginners Yoga - 6-8 Week Course - learn the foundational poses of yoga, breathwork and short meditations.
We recommend you take the time to come back to the basics using the beginners course to refresh your mind with your movements to ensure safe and proper alignment before moving too quickly into our other classes. Yoga is a journey to be enjoyed and savoured, not rushing in and wanting things to be 100%, 100% of the time, remember ............
